Chef T. is a professionally trained chef as well as a certified culinary arts instructor. He was trained at The French Culinary Institute NYC. Currently he is a full time culinary instructor at a top vocational institute. Prior to becoming a culinary instructor, Chef T. worked in the restaurant industry at some of New Jersey’s finest restaurants and hotels. As passionate as he is about cooking, he is just as passionate about teaching.
His partner is the owner of an accredited school with 20 years of experience educating children. They have partnerships with many other culinary instructors and teachers that specialize in special education as well as children on the spectrum.
